     Located on the first floor of the Jackson County Courthouse, the Independence branch library is accessible by key code to members only.  The 10,000-volume print collection includes Federal, Missouri and Kansas case law, statutes, digests and regulations, and treatises.  Also members may access the CD-ROM network via two workstations located in the library.
